Shipping Policy

 

Delivery terms
Our shipping window is Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed Friday–Sunday enter processing at 08:00 the next Monday.
Order preparation: 2–3 days from payment confirmation.
Parcel in transit: 10–15 days to destination.
The invoice value is always used for customs declarations. Transit schedules are estimates only and may lengthen if customs inspection is required.
If an address proves incomplete or non-compliant after dispatch, the parcel will be returned to our origin warehouse; any return freight, storage or re-import charges will be deducted from the eventual refund.
A tracking number is e-mailed as soon as the parcel is collected; trace it on the carrier’s website.
Tariffs
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): the price shown at checkout excludes import duties, taxes and local sales levies. The consignee must settle these before customs will release the shipment.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): all foreseeable import duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price; no further payment is required on delivery.
